Overview Masterson Staffing is hiring Light-Duty Assembly Workers for a position in Juneau, WI! Sit-down or stand-up tasks available Duties Assemble fruit fly traps and other assigned components according to instructions. Perform light-duty assembly tasks while maintaining quality and accuracy. Follow work instructions and production guidelines. Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Maintain a steady workflow and meet production expectations. Follow all workplace safety procedures. Cross-train in different departments or work areas as needed. Learn and perform additional tasks to support daily production goals. Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors. Skills No previous assembly experience required; training will be provided. Must be willing to learn new tasks and cross-train in different areas. Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Ability to perform light-duty assembly tasks throughout the shift.
