About us
TED MANNSTEDT & SONS INC
is a family owned business in structural steel manufacturing. We have been in business for 75+ years with no lay offs. We understand the importance of family and strive to have a team environment within the whole company. We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Peddinghaus saw and can learn all machines used for fabrication. Will be interpreting/reading blueprints with attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication machinery, as well as the ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately. Will need to perform maintenance on machines and other various shop duties. Will have the opportunity to cross train with all machines/equipment in our plant. Willing to train the right candidate with strong machine experience.
ATTENDANCE IS CRUCIAL.
Must be able to pass drug test. WAGE is starting pay with 30, 60, 90 day reviews.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings in detail, by use of tablet. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
