Job Description
Starting Pay $18.00/hour + shift premiums ($1.25/hour for 2nd shift). This is a Monday through Friday job (3:00 PM to 11 PM for 2nd shift) and some weekend work. Team Members in this position inspect finished products and prepares products for shipment. Grinds materials for recycling back into production. Mixes raw materials in quantities to ensure proper color and material consistency. Finishers work directly with the Line Operators in the production process to ensure product quality. This position drives a forklift some of the time. N.E.W. Plastics Corp. is a family owned business which employs 200+ team members.
