Job Description
Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift premium for hours worked on 3rd shift. This is a Sunday through Thursday 11PM to 7AM shift and some weekend work as needed. Team Members in this position inspect finished products and prepares products for shipment. Grinds materials for recycling back into production. Mixes raw materials in quantities to ensure proper color and material consistency. A Finishing & Material Tech works directly with the Line Operators in the production process to ensure product quality. This position spends a small amount of time on a forklift moving finished pallets away from their line. N.E.W. Plastics Corp. is a family owned business which employs 200+ team members.
