  • N.E.W. Plastics is a family-owned company
  • Located in Luxemburg, WI (15 minutes east of UWGB)
  • Starting pay is $20.80/hour (includes a $2.00/hour shift premium in it). Willing to pay more for experience.
  • Overtime available and sometimes required.
  • Shift is 11 p.
m. to 7 a.m. (Sunday night - Thursday night).
Duties:
  • Uses a forklift and other equipment to control the material process on the production floor; however, forklift driving is only about 10 - 15% of this job.
  • Provides material handling, grinding and mixing support to the production floor.
  • Uses measuring and testing equipment and interpret the results.
  • Reads and interprets documents such as Work Orders and written instructions
  • Performs color changes, clean filters, magnets and machines assigned according to standard processes.
  • Able to assist with other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with 3-6 months material handling or shipping experience
  • Must be able to be trained to drive forklift (only on the forklift about 10% of the time)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to keep good records of daily activities
