We are currently hiring Die Cast Operators to operate production equipment and produce quality metal components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Operate and monitor die cast machinery and production equipment. Load and unload materials and finished parts. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Trim, deburr, grind, and perform other finishing work as needed. Monitor machines and report any equipment or quality issues. Follow production instructions and safety procedures. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Work with your team to meet daily production goals. What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred. Die casting experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person! Reliable and dependable attendance. Strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
