• $18ph Hours | 1st shift | Monday
• Thursday, 6am
• 4pm (overtime as needed during busy season) Hours | 2nd shift | Monday
• Thursday, 12pm
• 10pm (overtime as needed during busy season) Manitowoc, WI

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and monitor mixing and filling equipment to ensure consistent product quality and efficiency Accurately measure and add ingredients according to production formulas and batch specifications Load product into machines and maintain proper flow throughout the production process Complete and maintain accurate production and quality control documentation Monitor labeling, packaging materials, and finished product for accuracy and compliance with standards Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues to supervisors or maintenance Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines Assist with cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas Perform other duties as assigned #Manitowoc1

Requirements:

Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict quality standards Comfortable with physical demands including bending, twisting, standing for extended periods, and repetitive motion Ability to lift 50+ pounds as needed Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for measuring ingredients Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment If you are interested, apply online at www.flexstaff.com or send your resume to manitowoc@flexstaff.com.
