Job Overview:

Our client in Manitowoc is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join their growing team. This role focuses on MIG welding and fabrication of custom metal components from blueprints in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on welding experience, strong blueprint reading skills, and the ability to fabricate parts to precise specifications.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and welding specifications Fabricate custom metal parts and assemblies to precise tolerances Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment as needed Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication Inspect finished welds and fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications Follow all welding safety procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment Work closely with team members to ensure production goals and project deadlines are met Opportunity to learn and assist with robotic welding systems #Manitowoc1

Requirements:
