About You In one of our manufacturing roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Your Job Operating a machine that produces top-notch products for ¼ of the world's population is a hard job, but it's worth it when you're recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day. In this role, you will be running technologically advanced, high-speed manufacturing equipment and collaborating with new or junior team members to do their best work safely. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. This role is part of Kimberly-Clark's investment in creating new jobs and expanding its capabilities to produce premium [insert relevant product(s)] that are essential to millions of lives around the world, and right here in Marinette, WI. It starts with YOU. In this role, you will:- Loading and unloading product/materials using a clamp truck or fork truck.
- Storing finished good product in warehouse.
- Responsibilities also include housekeeping and bay integrity. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
- Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
- Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.
- 1+ years of continuous work experience.
- Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime
- Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug + background screening
- Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) Led by Purpose.
