Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating injection molding machines, Inspecting, trimming, and packaging plastics parts and ensuring production runs smoothly and efficiently. Duties Removes and sorts molded parts from machines, conveyors, or containers, inspect for quality defects Assembles parts as needed Packs parts in proper packaging Labels packaging per work instructions Always cleans and maintains work area Assists in filling material as needed and directed Assists in moving packaging as needed and directed Gives breaks as assigned Must follow all safety rules and regulations Perform other duties as assigned Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Skills Must be able to read and understand work instructions Must be able to lift 55 pounds continuously Must be able to stand, walk and bend over continuously Must be able to use a calculator and have basic math skills Must be able to use a weight scale and able to count parts Must be able to understand metric and standard weights (grams, ounces, and pounds) Must take direction from Supervisor and Management Join our team as a Machine Operator where your skills will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations!
