Shift:
Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00
PM Training Required:
Candidates must be available to train on 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for several weeks before transitioning to 2nd Shift. Pay $17.85/hour What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in the manufacturing process by: Operating manufacturing equipment including stamping, assembly, and machining equipment Loading and unloading machines Performing detailed quality inspections using gauges and measuring devices Packaging finished products Following work instructions and production standards Utilizing basic computer and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems Maintaining a safe work environment Meeting productivity, quality, and safety goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Understanding of PLC systems preferred Ability to use hand tools, jigs, and fixtures Ability to identify product defects and quality concerns Ability to stand, move, and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Why Work with Kelly?
