(SHIFT)•2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm
STARTING PAY
•$17.00•20.00 per hour DOE, plus $0.75 shift differential

REQUIRED EDUCATION
•High School Diploma or equivalent
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
•1-2 years of manufacturing, machine operation, production, or assembly experience preferred. 2-3 years of solid, recent work history strongly desired. In this role, you will be part of a team focused on producing medical-grade components while maintaining strict quality and cleanliness standards. This employer is looking for individuals who are eager to learn, take initiative, and are committed to long-term employment. Training and orientation are completed onsite, with opportunities to learn multiple areas of the operation.
Responsibilities:
Operate injection molding and production equipment according to established work instructions Inspect parts for quality and visual defects Complete production and quality documentation accurately Monitor equipment performance and report concerns Assist with machine setups and changeovers as needed Maintain production flow by handling materials and finished products Follow all safety, quality, and clean room procedures Rotate into and out of clean room environments as required Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready Cross-train in multiple production areas
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Capable of standing for full shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail, including the ability to identify small defects and color variations Comfortable working in a cleanroom setting with required protective gear Must follow cleanliness guidelines (clean clothing, secured hair, appropriate footwear) Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly Understanding of workplace safety practices; prior ISO or similar experience is a plus Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented mindset
Additional Information:
