  • 4:00pm Join our production team in Merrill, WI and play a hands-on role in packaging premium dairy products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Packager Responsibilities:
  • Ensure product meets specification and help perform root cause analysis on all quality defects
  • Complete required daily documentation
  • Inspect cheese for visual accuracy, count accurately and read digital scales
  • Remove packaged cheese and place in box
  • Use approved box cutters with retractable blades to open boxes Requirements for Machine Operator /
Packager:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing position
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl for up to 9 hour
  • Ability to use hands/arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls for up to 9 hours
  • Ability to work in multiple areas of the plant and work in a cool environment (50-55 degrees)
  • Ability to lift 40-60 lbs. regularly and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
