THIS IS NOT A CNC SHOP.

We use manual threading machines, saws, roller cutting saws, blasting machine, wheel grinders, various hand tools, and more. We will train, but would prefer the candidate have knowledge of machinery & mechanics. Knowing how to read a ruler is a must; knowing fractions and decimals is a crucial part of the job as well. Being able to read small dials & gauges is crucial (good eyesight). Duties will include operating threading machines and learning the various parts of it and how to maintain the machines. Other duties will include keeping track of your tasks on provided paperwork, learning the material and learning new duties along the way. Must be able to be on your feet all day with standard breaks. Must provide own safety glasses. Hearing protection is provided, if desired. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. All paperwork is in English. Full time, on site M-F 8am- 4:30pm with two 15-min breaks and half hour lunch. Pay starts at $20, but more for someone with enough experience. Monthly bonus program & healthcare after 90-day probation. One week vacation after 1 year of employment. (Vacation days increase every year). Paid holidays. Bonus is based on monthly sales, and is paid monthly. This is a dirty job, so a dedicated wardrobe is recommended. Uniforms are not provided.
