8:00pm-6:00am (Mon-Thurs) Join a dynamic packaging team in a food manufacturing environment, where you'll contribute to the efficient and safe production of high-quality products. This role offers hands-on experience in food packaging operations with opportunities for growth within a supportive team. This is a 3rd shift position located in Monroe, WI with the opportunity for hire. Packaging Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate and set up packaging line machinery including tapers, cutters, labelers, and scales.
• Load machines, apply labels, and assist in bagging and scaling products.
• Box and palletize finished products according to safety and quality standards.
• Perform cutting tasks using small paring knives as needed.
• Conduct sanitation duties, including cleaning and chemical handling, in compliance with safety protocols.
• Report unsafe conditions or practices to plant management.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with the use of powered pallet lift trucks when applicable.
• Maintain personal hygiene standards and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Packaging Requirements:

• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, twisting, pushing, and squatting throughout shifts.
• Capable of frequently lifting up to 40 lbs. and working on knees or ladders for inspections and cleaning.
• Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and wearing PPE such as aprons, bump caps, chemical-resistant gloves, rubber boots, ear plugs, face shields, and safety glasses.
• Must be able to work on-site in a wet, sometimes cool and noisy environment.
• No prior experience required, but previous manufacturing or sanitation experience is helpful.
