Badger State Staffing is seeking a reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious Assistant Machine Operator to join a production team based in Neenah. In this entry-level role, you will work alongside experienced Machine Operators to set up, operate, and maintain equipment. Primary Duties:

Assist senior operators with the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment such as winders and coating machines Monitor machine performance, identifying and reporting any abnormalities or potential issues Participate in routine cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks as assigned Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols Assist with loading and unloading raw materials and finished products Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and procedures

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Training will support a first shift schedule extending Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read a tape measure and complete basic mathematic equations Mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn new skills are highly valued Reliable and consistent attendance record Ability to safely lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout a shift

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
