12-hour rotating shifts (6 AM-6 PM / 6 PM-6 AM), 6 days on, with rotation between day and night shifts.Job Summary:
We are seeking a Light Industrial - Equipment Operator II to safely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment in a production environment. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of manufacturing or industrial experience, basic mechanical/technical skills, and experience troubleshooting equipment and resolving production issues. This role requires maintaining product quality, performing routine quality checks, accurately documenting production information, and following all safety and PPE requirements. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, handling multiple tasks, and working a rotating 12-hour schedule.Job Responsibilities:
Operate high-speed and technologically advanced manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Learn and perform all required manufacturing processes, including troubleshooting, basic repairs, and quality checks. Identify and resolve equipment and manufacturing problems affecting daily operations. Perform regular quality checks throughout the shift. Maintain product quality and help minimize defects and production issues. Maintain accurate production, waste, delay, and quality reports. Log and report production and quality results as required. Support quality systems, including quality trackers, stand checks, bag/case weighers, and metal detectors. Monitor and understand measurements related to percentage-on-target requirements. Follow a strong safety-first culture and established safety procedures. Support Safety Observation, ETQ, and SIRA processes. Maintain housekeeping standards within the department. Work effectively as part of a high-performing team. Work independently and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously. Safely use industrial manufacturing equipment, tools, tractors, and forklifts as required.Required Skills/Experience:
1-3 years of manufacturing/industrial experience OR equivalent military training. Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights/weekends/holidays/OT.Basic computer skills:
Word, Outlook, Excel. Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks. Equipment Operation & Troubleshooting. Basic Mechanical/Repair Skills. Quality Inspection & Documentation. Forklift/Industrial Equipment. (YR-R1) #IND1Pay:
