Job Description

Position:
Machine Operator
  • Northern Lights Food Processing, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual that is capable of leading a team.
This is a full time position where you will be required to work Monday through Thursday, including an occasional weekend depending on the production needs. Hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift positions!
Job Description:
Your work will entail tasks, such as: Being able to successfully motivate co-workers Feeding raw materials into machinery Being able to manage a production line and monitor the production process Carry out quality and testing checks Store inventory, raw materials, and finished goods in the proper location Being able to use lifting equipment and forklift trucks to fulfill orders Capable of lifting of up to 50lb boxes Pack goods for shipping Maintain and clean equipment/work areas Schedule 40 hours/week
  • 2nd Shift (5:00pm to 3:00 am
  • Monday-Thursday OR 40 hours/week
  • 3rd Shift (3:00 am to 1:00 pm
