Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Pallet Wrapper/Machine Operator to join their team. As a 1st Shift Pallet Wrapper/Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting shipping and material handling operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

  • 2:30 PM (Monday through Friday) What's the Job?
Operate pallet wrapping machines to securely prepare pallets for shipment Assist in feeding completed pallets to the wrapper as directed by the shipping forklift driver Perform minimal computer entry for recording pallet weights Support production workers by supplying materials, holding tools, and maintaining a clean work environment Help with additional departmental tasks or training as needed What's Needed? No prior experience required; entry-level position Must be flexible to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays Reliable transportation to New Berlin, WI (not on a bus line) Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different roles within the department What's in it for me?
