Job Description

Leer is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our production team. The Panel Foamer role is responsible for foaming standard, stock, and custom shipping panels while ensuring materials are prepared accurately and production records are maintained. The ideal candidate will be safety-minded, organized, and committed to supporting quality standards and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Setting up and operating jigs for panel foaming Selecting the correct metal for panels Accurately applying materials during metal preparation Maintaining proper production records Education and Experience Knowledge of soft rail panel foaming processes helpful Mechanical Aptitude Qualifications Adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Ability to work unsupervised Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to use small hand tools efficiently and safely Ability to read blueprint. Ability to read tape measures Ability to safely operate a forklift Ability to make responsible and sensible decisions Must be dependable, cooperative, self-motivated, and self-disciplined Must be able to wear all safety equipment & PPE On time and at work daily Physical Requirements Use repetitive motions Reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently Stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs., stand, walk, and bend on a regular basis About Leer Inc.
