Job Description

Are you looking for a new change in your career? Here is a great opportunity to break into service technician work! No tools? No problem. Tools will be provided up front for the first 90 days. Tool allowance provided after 90 days to get you started. This is a great position if you are interested in getting into service work but don't have tools or experience. Set Up Job Description Summary of Job:
As a Set Up Technician for Village Tractor & Repair, you will be part of a maintenance enterprise. This is a nice clean entry job in a heat and AC shop where you will be setting up new implements and smaller equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Set up Lawn maintenance/ snow removal as needed Maintain a clean work environment Organize and maintain warehouse Maintain outdoor and indoor displays

Experience:
Some mechanical experience a bonus but not necessary. Must have a willingness and desire to learn!
Minimum Education/Certification:
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Equipment Used:
Small hand tools, drills, air-powered tools, torch, jack, lift equipment, computer, multi-function printer, and phone.
Physical Demands:
Moderate walking, standing, climbing, heavy lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching.; routinely lift and carry parts and equipment 15-75 pounds; possess manual dexterity to complete projects in a craftsman fashion.
Environment:
Work around moving objects or vehicles; fumes, solvents, grease and oil. May work under conditions of inclement weather.
