  • Machine Operator | $18.00-19.00/hr. + $3/hr. 2nd shift premium | 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-1:00am | Oconomowoc, WI | Temporary to hire opportunity

  • Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
  • $18.00-$19.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
  • Shift:
  • Monday-Friday 3:00pm-1:00am, Voluntary Saturday work for extra earnings

  • What's a typical day as Machine Operator? You'll be:
  • Using work instructions to produce parts and ensure they meet customer specifications
  • Performing quality checks using measurement tools and documenting results
  • Operating and adjusting robot systems with interface technology
  • Working in various areas of the production floor as needed to meet deadlines
  • Reporting to the shift supervisor or production lead
  • This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have basic reading, writing, and math skills (must have)
  • Can read measurements in both metric and traditional scales (must have)
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail (must have)
  • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent (must have)
  • Have at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience (preferred, but not required—willing to train motivated candidates)
  • Are able to stand for up to 10 hours per shift and lift up to 40 lbs.
