We are seeking a dedicated Packing Associate to join our manufacturing team, supporting the efficient and accurate packaging of products in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. This role is integral to maintaining product integrity, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and upholding quality assurance protocols. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and materials handling, contributing to a productive and compliant work environment. Duties Operate packaging equipment efficiently while adhering to manufacturing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.

Interpret production documents accurately to assemble, package, and prepare products for shipment.

Handle materials safely using appropriate material handling equipment, including forklifts when necessary.

Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on packaging machinery to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.

Perform heavy lifting and manual assembly tasks while following safety protocol adherence to prevent injuries.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and production areas, supporting overall warehouse operations.

Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and safety standards in all packaging activities.

Document production activities accurately, including batch records, packaging logs, and quality control reports.

Assist in inventory management by receiving materials, verifying quantities, and organizing supplies for production needs.

Support safety initiatives by participating in training sessions and adhering to established safety protocols. Experience Prior experience working in a manufacturing facility or warehouse environment is highly preferred.

Familiarity with packaging equipment operation and industrial equipment troubleshooting.

Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and documentation accuracy.

Mechanical knowledge or troubleshooting skills related to industrial equipment are beneficial.
