Schedule:

2-2-3 Rotating Shift - 12-hour shifts (6AM-6PM) Work only 14 days per month and get every other weekend off! 2-2-3

Job Overview:

We're hiring a Napkin Assistant to support our overnight production operations. This is an entry-level , physically demanding , and fast-paced role — ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow. Potential to train as a Machine Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

Remove full napkin bags from the machine Stack on skids, label, and move using a pallet jack (hand truck) Monitor the machine and clear jams as needed Keep pace with fast production output Follow all safety, cleanliness, and food safety guidelines

Requirements:

No prior experience required — we'll train you High school diploma or GED preferred Must be comfortable with physical work including: Twisting and turning Lifting and stacking Operating a pallet jack Able to stay on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment
