L.B. White Company , a Modine Manufacturing subsidiary and a leader in heating and climate solutions for agricultural, commercial, and industrial markets, is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide technical support to customers, distributors, and internal teams. This role serves as a point of contact for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and application guidance via phone and email, helping deliver exceptional customer service and support the continued success of the L.B. White brand.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 1.

Ability to setup and run wet paint spraying process. Use of a respirator is required when spraying. 2. Ability to quickly adapt to running different parts based on rapidly changing production schedule. 3. Loads and operates assigned machine, moving parts to required stops and cycling equipment. 4. Unloads parts from machine into appropriate stack pans or moves parts directly to secondary operation of staging area. 5. Performs routine set-up functions on machine shop fabricating equipment including drill presses, chucking lathes, screw machines, band saw, and other related fabricating equipment. 6. Checks conformance of parts to blueprint specifications. 7. Performs daily maintenance on assigned machine, including checking lubrication levels, etc. 8. Follow good housekeeping requirements. 9. Follow OSHA requirements. 10. Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS 1.

Knowledge of machine controls and ability to set-up and operate machine following all safety instructions. 2. Must pass medical evaluation to wear respirator, be trained and tested for proper respirator fit (no facial hair) and undergo regular safety evaluations for use. 3. Previous experience with HVLP gravity and pressure painting systems. 4. Previous experience with Industrial Coatings. 5. Ability to read blueprints and use tape measure, square micrometer, slide caliper, angle ring, plug gauge and other measuring equipment. 6. Ability to lift parts as required, up to 50 lbs., and the ability to use material handling equipment including floor jacks and hydraulic lifting equipment. 7. Ability to stand for required periods of time. 8. Basic math skills.
