Shift Differential Pay What You'll Do:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Shift Supervisor, you'll help ensure the smooth flow of cheese products through our warehouse. You'll be part of a high-performing team, helping us maintain our legacy of quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment Receive, unload, and properly store incoming products Verify finished products and organize them in the warehouse Accurately pick and stage orders for shipment Load trucks and ensure orders are correct and rotated properly Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Interact professionally with truck drivers and complete all shipping paperwork Dependable attendance is essential to keep operations running smoothly What You Bring to the
Table:
Willingness to learn and safely operate forklifts Ability to lift and stack up to 50 lbs., including overhead Comfortable working in cool warehouse temperatures Ability to read and follow safety procedures Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset Experience using warehouse software, scanners, or RF systems is a plus Ability to work independently and stay productive with minimal supervision
