3rd ShiftMasterson Staffing is now hiring for an Extrusion Operator position in Osceola, WI! If you have experience operating or monitoring machines (such as CNC), a strong work history, and you're looking for a long-term opportunity—this could be a great fit for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor extrusion machines from start to finish Make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and consistency Maintain accurate production documentation Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

✔️ High School Diploma or equivalent ✔️ Resume showing strong work longevity (1+ year at most previous jobs) ✔️ Experience in extrusion or similar machine operation (CNC, etc.) ✔️ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs ✔️ Must pass: ? 10-panel drug screen ? National background check (no felonies within the last 7 years) ? Color vision assessment ✔️ Interview required?
