Do you take pride in quality and enjoy being part of a team that gets things done? InkWorks Printing is looking for a Machine Operator to join our 2nd Shift Lamination Department. Thursday:
2:00 PM•11:00
PM Friday:
10:00 AM•2:00 PM (Overtime based on business needs) Starting Pay Starting at $18.00 per hour Plus shift premium based on experience and qualifications. What You'll Do As a Lamination Machine Operator, you'll help produce high-quality labels and flexible packaging used by customers across the country. You'll learn to operate state-of-the-art converting equipment while working in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your responsibilities include:
Set up and operate lamination equipment Monitor product quality throughout production Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting Verify materials and job specifications before production Complete production documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety, GMP, and quality procedures Work closely with teammates to meet production goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Team player with a strong work ethic Why InkWorks?
