Extension is seeking a Compounder for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Port Washington, WI! Overview A manufacturing company in Port Washington is hiring Compounders to prepare and mix materials for liquid production. This is a hands-on manufacturing role requiring strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and accurate documentation. Responsibilities Prepare and produce batches according to batch records and production schedules Weigh, measure, and mix liquids, solids, and powders Monitor mixing tanks and transfer batches to holding/storage tanks Verify materials and batch specifications for accuracy and quality Complete production paperwork accurately Offload tankers and operate a forklift as needed Qualifications High School Diploma/GED required Manufacturing experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Basic computer, math, reading, and documentation skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Must be able to lift, bend, reach, push, pull, and stand for extended periods Must be clean-shaven at the time of respirator fit testing Salary & Schedule $20-$21/hour 2nd
