Custom Wire Technologies, Inc., is a trusted Manufacturer of precision medical components, and we're looking for a CNC Set-up Technician to join our 2nd Shift team. Why You'll Like Working Here 2nd shift hours (2 PM-10 PM) - mornings free Stable medical industry work Interesting jobshop variety (not repetitive production) Opportunity to take ownership of setups and troubleshooting Clean, regulated manufacturing environment Supportive team culture with opportunities to train others What You'll Do In this role you'll support the production of high-quality medical components by: Setting up and operating CNC and related production equipment Adjusting machinery and processes to maintain quality and efficiency Reviewing work orders and schedules to meet customer needs Performing routine, preventative, and basic corrective maintenance Troubleshooting equipment or process issues Maintaining accurate maintenance and setup documentation Working crossfunctionally with engineering, quality, and production teams Assisting with training and mentoring technicians or production staff Following GMPs, SOPs, and all safety and quality requirements
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-3+ years of machine setup experience (CNC preferred) Manufacturing experience with mechanical systems Strong mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills Familiarity with hand tools and basic measurement Ability to perform basic math Adaptability in a fastpaced manufacturing environment Extras (Nice-to-have but not required) Technical or trade school education Experience with CNC programs and programming Medical device or regulated industry experience Job shop manufacturing background Experience with engineering change processes Ready to Join Us?
