Core Duties Prepare various baked items for shipment to help ensure our customers receive products that meet our high visual and quality standards. Apply labels to items correctly while keeping precise logs of current stock levels. Support the preparation and management of packaging equipment. Perform routine inspections to verify that all items maintain their intended quality. Work alongside colleagues to ensure the team hits production targets and stays on schedule. Keep your workspace tidy and orderly to help maintain a safe environment that adheres to all health guidelines. Notify leadership immediately regarding any safety issues or technical problems with machinery. Requirements Prior background in food production or packaging environments is beneficial. High level of precision and the capacity to adhere to specific directions. Capable of performing well in a rapid work setting while adjusting to shifting needs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with others. Openness to maintaining a flexible schedule, which may include working on holidays or weekends. Fundamental knowledge of sanitary standards and food safety protocols.
