Job Description
Summary :
The Seasonal Assembly Operator shall be responsible for fabrication of all assemblies as directed by the Departmental Lead person. This is a temporary seasonal position ideal for students, recent graduates, or individuals seeking summer employment. The role involves assembling products, following work instructions, and maintaining quality standards in a manufacturing environment. Hours are 7am - 330 pm, Monday - Friday. No weekends!Responsibilities:
- Produce sub-assemblies in accordance with quality and production standards.
- Produce finished goods assemblies in accordance with quality and production standards.
- Report all quality and production concerns to the Departmental Lead person.
- Shall be responsible for following all data collection system procedures.
- Follow all safety policies & procedures.
- Conduct yourself in a manner that promotes a harmonious working environment.
- Follow all policies regarding conduct as well as workmanship.
Requirements:
- Willingness to learn
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand for 8 hours or longer
