Assistant Machine Operator - Laminator - 3rd Shift Green Bay Packaging life insurance, 401(k) United States, Wisconsin, Richfield Aug 05, 2026 Description Responsibilities Assist in set-up of equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques. Inspect before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before next run. Minimize material sheet, label, and adhesive waste. Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed. Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups. Perform continuous quality control: select material at random to check size, material, print and glue. Abide by all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication. Prior laminating or experience working with adhesives a plus. Strong ability to read a ruler and understand fractions. Corrugated industry experience preferred.
