Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for following established formulas and adding ingredients into large mixing equipment to produce high-quality products. The Mixer Operator plays a critical role in ensuring product consistency, quality, and manufacturing safety standards are maintained. This position works closely with a team of four production employees, making teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude essential for success. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in doing things the right way, works well with others, and understands that consistent execution is key to producing a high-quality product. We can teach the process, but we're looking for someone who brings a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and team-first attitude. Key Responsibilities Follow batch formulas and production instructions accurately. Measure and add ingredients to mixers according to established procedures. Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency. Complete production records and documentation as required. Assist with cleaning and maintaining work areas and equipment. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Support teammates and assist in other production tasks as needed. Qualifications Manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to learn new processes and accept coaching and feedback. Dependable, safety-conscious, and quality-focused. Strong teamwork and communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong need. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 70 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
