Wafer Manufacturing Operator Now Hiring - Production Operator We are seeking reliable and motivated Operators to join our wafer manufacturing team. This position plays a key role in operating production equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring efficient production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Schedule Monday -

Thursday:

6:00 AM - 4:00

PM Fridays:

Flexible hours as needed Responsibilities Operate and monitor wafer production machinery and equipment Set up machines and make basic adjustments as needed Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met Troubleshoot minor equipment or production issues Accurately complete production documentation Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all food safety, GMP, and company policies Work closely with production leadership and team members to meet daily goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills are a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed Dependable attendance and strong work ethic If you are looking for a stable opportunity with room for growth, we encourage you to apply and become part of our production team!
