Machine Operator - Food Manufacturing | Richland County, Wisconsin Build Your Mechanical Skills. Grow Your Career. We're partnering with a well-established food manufacturing company in Richland County that is looking for a reliable, mechanically inclined Machine Operator to join their growing team. This is more than just an operator position—you'll receive hands-on training in machine maintenance and preventive maintenance , giving you the opportunity to expand your technical skills while building a long-term career in manufacturing. If you enjoy working with equipment, solving problems, and learning new skills, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for. What You'll Do Operate production equipment safely and efficiently to meet daily production goals. Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout each shift. Make minor machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues. Learn preventive maintenance and machine repair through hands-on training. Maintain food safety, quality, and GMP standards at all times. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maximize efficiency. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, or Production Team Member preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn maintenance skills. Dependable attendance and solid work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. Schedule Day Shift - Start time: 6:00 AM Shift lengths vary based on production demands. Typical shifts range from 4-12 hours . Full-time schedule averaging 30-50 hours per week .
