This role includes performing critical control point (CCP) checks,collecting and documenting product samples,and maintaining sanitation standards in the bagging room to support a clean room like environment. Key responsibilities include operating equipment as directed,recognizing equipment issues and requesting assistance when necessary,completing production and sanitation documentation,and properly handling cleaning compounds. The operator will also support general sanitation throughout the plant and may be cross trained on additional processes as needed. This position requires a strong commitment to safety,cleanliness,teamwork,and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) while working in a physically active production environment.
