Assembly Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and test basic forms of electronic control products
  • Package, label and prepare finished goods for shipment or stock
  • Utilize assembly drawings and job tickets to manufacture quality products
  • Use job tickets and assembly drawings build basic forms of electronic control products
  • Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly
  • Correctly record number of products tested or built on job tickets
  • Utilize the ERP system to input job ticket data
  • Run laminators, steel rule die, hole punch, power cutter, laser, and knife cutter Requirements for
Assembly:
  • Good eye for small, detailed inspection
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and energetic
  • Production and manufacturing experience is a plus
  • Able to be flexible to meet changing requirements
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Able to use a ruler and caliper and read and interpret gauges
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
