Service First Staffing is hiring Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing company in the Stevens Point area! We are looking for dependable, mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can keep production running efficiently. Previous machine operation experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical abilities and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply! Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery Set up and adjust equipment as needed Perform routine quality checks on finished products Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make adjustments Load and unload materials from machines Monitor production to ensure quality and efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow production schedules and safety procedures Assist with additional production duties as needed Schedule 2nd
