ADVANCE QUICKLY
!! At Alliance Films, the Line Operator oversees the operation of the extrusion equipment in an efficient manner to produce the desired quality and quantity of work.RESPONSIBILITIES
Regulates and supports the activities Operator Assistants, Converting and Shipping Associates and Material Handlers; Work closely with the Shift Supervisor to establish work schedules and follow up to assure completion of those schedules; Maintains adherence to company policies, safety standards and good housekeeping practices; Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices; Flexible to work any shift assigned and able to work overtime as required; Follows established standard operating procedures and ensures Team Members work to meet all of our Plant priorities of Safety, Quality, Production and Waste Management; Provides backup and performs all crew member functions and responsibilities; Establishes and maintains good employee relations and adherence to proper judicious disciplinary measures when required; Responsible for reviewing and administering employee performance evaluations and recommendations.
