Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain flexographic printing presses Monitor press performance and adjust settings to maintain quality standards Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment Verify job specifications and coordinate with prepress and production teams Maintain proper color control and print registration during production Conduct quality inspections throughout the run to ensure accuracy and consistency Document production information and communicate effectively with team members Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures Requirements Experience operating flexographic printing presses required Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Basic math and measurement skills Experience working with print specifications and quality standards Ability to work in a fast paced production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly during a shift Schedule Night Shift Employees work three 12-hour shifts per week (5:00 PM- 5:00 AM).
