Job Description
Overview Machine operators that can operate the wire machine, load raw material set up and ensure its proper and safe operation. there will be tools provided to make setting adjustments or remove jammed wire. Operate the packaging automaton machine, the startup shut down and reset procedures and insure its proper safe operation. applicants must have the ability to identify and correct common alarms and errors that may occur during normal operation of the automation. Also must be able to moritor and replenish the proper quanities of wraps to the bander stations, boxes to the case packer startions and glue to the glue stations. applicants must be able to clean and remove glue deposits, debris, wraps and hangers from the automation before the end of the shift. must be able to familiarize yourself with names and locations of machine parts.
