1696771 United Talent Staffing is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Machine Operator to join a fast-paced plastics manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, maintaining product quality, and addressing basic machine issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and works well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operated assigned production machinery Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting (with training) Monitor product quality and report defects or issues to supervision or Quality Control Load raw materials and replenish packaging supplies as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Assist team members and provide coverage on Production Line during breaks when required Follow production orders and safety procedures Participate in safety meetings and required training

Shift & Pay:

1st

Shift:

$14.00/hr | 7:30 AM•3:30 PM 2nd

Shift:

$14.50/hr | 3:30 PM•11:30 PM 3rd

Shift:

$15.00/hr | 11:30 PM•7:30

AM Schedule:

Rotating days off (5 days on / 2 days off)

Requirements:

Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to safely use hand tools and basic measuring tools Must complete required machine training prior to operation

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25-50 lbs
