What You'll Do Responsible for daily housekeeping duties including but not limited to immediate work area Perform minor/routine maintenance or repairs as needed to equipment without the assistance of maintenance personnel Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required Operate and maintain rolling mill machinery Monitor rolling process Ensure good quality control What You'll Need Work rotating shift which includes weekends and holidays Must be respectful to others, responsible and dependable Must be able to work in an industrial environment and in varying temperatures Ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment, with strong work ethic, attention to details and find root causes for issues Ability to use all measuring devices (tapes, micrometer, inside outside calipers, etc) Demonstrates dependability in attendance, work completion, and flexibility to meet business needs 1 year Rolling Mill experience and/or manufacturing related experience Your Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required We are CMC, a Fortune 500 company at the leading edge of our industry.
