  • 11:30 PM Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented Medical Device Assembly Operators to join our manufacturing team in Irvine, CA.
This role involves assembling, inspecting, repairing, and testing medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble, repair, and test medical devices and catheter components. Perform precision assembly work using microscopes and small hand tools. Follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. Maintain accurate production and documentation records. Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Work in a cleanroom environment and follow FDA-regulated manufacturing procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Adhere to all safety and cleanliness requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience assembling medical devices or other small components. Experience working under a microscope. Hand soldering experience preferred. Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience. Ability to maintain written and electronic documentation. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Physical Requirements Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Ability to perform repetitive motions such as pinching, pulling, twisting, and grasping. Ability to work with small parts under a microscope for long durations.
