This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with medical device assembly, cleanroom, microscope inspection, electronics assembly, or other detail-oriented manufacturing experience. In this role, you will assemble and package high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, and FDA-regulated manufacturing procedures. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, good hand dexterity, and the ability to perform precise assembly work with small components. Responsibilities Assemble and package medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. Follow work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures. Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products. Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices. Read and interpret assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation. Complete production documentation accurately. Operate basic electrical and mechanical production equipment. Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, and quality standards. Work effectively in a team environment while meeting production goals. Support multiple departments through cross-training opportunities. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of medical device assembly, cleanroom, electronics assembly, or related manufacturing experience Experience working in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components Experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, or measuring devices Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking High attention to detail and commitment to quality High School Diploma or GED required Ideal Backgrounds Medical Device Assembler Cleanroom Assembler Microscope Inspector Electronics Assembler Production Associate Manufacturing Technician Packaging Technician Device Assembler Mechanical Assembler Quality Inspector Work Environment Work in a cleanroom and regulated manufacturing environment producing life-changing medical products.
