Contract (Full-Time, Onsite) Role Overview BEPC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to join our client's manufacturing team in Sylmar, CA. In this role, you will support the production of high-quality, life-saving medical devices in a cleanroom environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in precision-based work and are committed to quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of medical devices such as pacemakers, ICDs, and related components Follow standardized procedures and work instructions to ensure consistent product quality Maintain accurate production and quality documentation for traceability Utilize electronic systems for data entry and production tracking Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status, issues, and improvements Adhere to all safety, cleanliness, and gowning requirements in a controlled manufacturing environment Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Support quality systems, regulatory requirements, and internal audits Handle small components with precision and care Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with strict dress code requirements Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (preferred) Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
