Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Medical Assembly Worker Location:
Ontario, CA Schedule:
6:00 am to 2:30 pm
Pay Rate:
Starts at $18.50/hour (based on experience)
Overtime:
Available as needed with little to no advance notice Job Overview We are seeking a detailoriented Medical Assembly Worker to support the assembly of Medical LED Circuit Devices. This role involves handson assembly, material preparation, and collaboration with multiple departments to ensure products meet quality, safety, and ISO standards. This is a great opportunity for candidates with assembly or warehouse experience who are interested in working in a regulated, medical manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare materials for assembly, including: Cleaning Laminating / priming Grinding and prepping materials Testing LED circuit boards Packaging and boxing completed components Assemble medical device components according to work instructions Perform rerolling and reworking of materials as required Obtain final inspection approval prior to shipping Forward completed jobs to the Shipping Department Accurately record labor time on job travelers and electronic systems Complete required documentation for all processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Comply with all company safety policies and ISO quality requirements Required Qualifications Ability to read and write in English Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to perform basic math, including measurements and conversions Experience using measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problemsolving skills Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
