• Medical Device Assemblers As a Cleanroom Technician , you'll support the production of high‑quality medical devices by assembling components, performing detailed inspections, and operating precision laser equipment in a cleanroom environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on, detail‑oriented work and thrives in a regulated, quality‑driven setting. What You'll Do Assemble panels and components for medical devices following detailed drawings, written instructions, and verbal guidance Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and defects to ensure compliance with medical standards Perform micro laser ablation and inspection of arterial stents Conduct micro laser etching on dental implant components Measure and inspect parts using calipers and micrometers Complete data entry tasks, including job travelers and certificates of conformance Sign off on completed travelers and create accurate part labels Operate production equipment while adhering to strict cleanroom and quality procedures What You Bring 2+ years of manufacturing experience , preferably within the medical device industry Experience assembling and inspecting medical device components Proficiency using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers Ability to operate machinery and perform quality assurance inspections Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Nice to Have Prior experience working in a cleanroom environment Experience using microscopes for close, detailed inspections Why You'll Love Working Here Join a small, agile team within a larger organization Gain exposure to both high‑volume manufacturing and R D projects Work in a collaborative, innovative environment where your contributions matter Build specialized skills in precision medical manufacturing Work Environment & Schedule Cleanroom manufacturing setting for medical devices 1st

• 2:00 PM (2 openings) 2nd

2:00 PM

• 10:00 PM (2 openings) Employees are paid an additional 30 minutes daily to ensure a full 8‑hour shift Training (Week 1): 6:30 AM
• 2:30 PM on 1st shift Optional overtime available on Saturdays or after shifts (voluntary) Role involves mostly sitting with the option to stand Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs comfortably Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Diego, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
• $21.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
