Hour Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, alignment, calibration, and testing of products following SOPs, work instructions, engineering drawings, and work orders. Execute daily production plans while meeting quality, safety, and on-time completion requirements. Troubleshoot production issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems. Maintain accurate production records, training documentation, and required paperwork. Follow FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, ISO requirements, and lean manufacturing principles.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience. Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English. Basic Microsoft Office skills. Experience in a regulated environment (FDA, GMP, ISO) preferred. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly work. Frequent bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and sitting. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques.
Pay:
$19.33
